Another level support has been invaluable to our family. we have had a tough time with our local authority in regards to my sons ehcp. we have been guided step by step on what needs to happen to raise a complaint. i feel that without the knowledge and support from alison i would have given up as it is a complete minefield to me. this service has been a lifeline for our family.
