Expectations of Services Offered (not exhaustive)
Subject Access Request
To request Subject Access Requests and undertake data rectification requests
That each Subject Access Request includes 1 follow up email, where further email communication/advocacy is required, an advocacy package is required.
Administration support with data rectification requests wlll be completed on evidence provided and will be charged based on assessment and review of individual pieces of work
That Another Level Support will undertake the work to the best of their ability and results cannot be guaranteed.
Complaints
To review, write and/or submit complaints at individual stages,
Costs are charged for individual complaints at each stage
Further/future work is agreed at time of requesting the work and invoiced on completion of the work.

Local Government Ombudsman
Providing administration and advocacy support
To review, write and/or submit LGO cases at individual stages, the submission stage is charged as a one fee, this includes reviewing complaint paperwork, producing summary, reviewing initial evidence to submit (not full evidence), creation of LGO account and submission of LGO complaint.
Further stages including meeting with investigator, collating evidence, responding to enquiry points and reviewing decision notices are all charged separately to submission and are charged on completion of the individual piece of work.

Advocacy
Providing advocacy support for families through email communication, meeting and tribunal representation as required.
Suspension and Permanent Exclusion - We can attend reintegration meetings online or in person, in person charges are charged at a higher rate and will incur travel/accommodation and travel time costs.
Charges for reviewing, collating evidence and producing written representation documents are charged per individual suspension reintegration or review panel (fixed term, PEX or IRP)

Early Help, Child In Need and Child Protection
To steer and aim to encourage the local authority to maintain compliance in Core group and CPC with statutory obligations, and to navigate the system to request appropriate support on behalf of your family
Provide advocacy support during CP Meetings/Core Group and take summary notes (not verbatim) of those meetings to ensure that a record is compiled for any inaccurate updates
To make requests in order to obtain all outstanding reports from the Initial Child Protection Conference
That Another Level Support will undertake the work to the best of their ability and results cannot be guaranteed.
Mediation/Tribunal Representation
All commissioned work will be undertaken for the process or either Mediation or Tribunal, with your consent.
All work undertaken is charged at the point of completion of the work
By appointing Another Level Support, you understand that all correspondence from the tribunal will be managed by Alison Fisher
That Another Level Support will undertake the work to the best of their ability and results cannot be guaranteed.
Service & Payment
In most cases the service that you receive will be undertaken in advance of payment, therefore no refunds will be offered.
All initial consultation calls will be charged on the first invoice, once a consent to act and terms and conditions have been signed (charged at general advocacy rate)
That all administration correspondence are reviewed and authorised for accuracy by ourselves before submission to the specified organisation (therefore I understand once agreed no refunds/reductions in invoices can be requested)
That there are no guaranteed outcomes, however i understand that Another Level Support will always work to achieve the best interests for our family/SEND Child(ren)
That all costs quoted and charged, are for services completed based on the attached price list
That a deposit of 50% may be required and full payment is required (unless otherwise agreed) before submission of the complaint/data document
Payment Plans
On occasion, we understand that customer may require a payment plan to clear charges on your account
We will undertake these starting from as little as £5 per week, these are available from the 2nd piece of commissioned work, but are subject to discussion with Alison Fisher.
Safeguarding
All staff at Another Level Support are required to comply with safeguarding, therefore should Another Level Support become aware, identify or receive information that substantiate a safeguarding concern or referral, in most cases that this will be discussed with clients in advance of any referral being submitted, unless there is a risk of immediate harm.
Retention of Data (Privacy)
That Another Level Support will retain my documentation for 3 months following the outcome of the complaint, in the case that the concerns require escalation and further work is pursued. After which this documentation will be deleted in its entirety, I understand that i will not expect Another Level Support to retain this documentation

Consent to Act
By completing our consent to act, you agree to
Another Level Support acting on your behalf and that they can correspond with organisations that your matter relates to.
Another Level Support provides an administration and advocacy service, with regards to communicating our concerns with the organisation specified on the following basis - none of which can be fully guaranteed
That you understand that Another Level Support will execute the service expectations
Services and Payment
By completing the consent to act you agree to:
Paying for all services undertaken in line with our latest Price List
That payment must be made immediately on receipt of the invoice, unless previously agreed by Alison Fisher
Understand that all prices stated are "commencing from", however all deviation or increased prices will be communicated to you by Alison Fisher Another Level Support where required.
That on some occasions payment may be requested in part or full in advance of the service being completed
That all work that are not singular complaints, commissioned will incur an advocacy package charge for email correspondence.
Payment Plans
By completing the Consent to Act, you agree that
That Payment is required on receipt of invoice and to make that payment on receipt of the invoice.
A payment plan can be put in place, only in agreement from Alison Fisher, on commissioning of the second piece of work
SERVICE PROVISION
Our service is provided by Alsion Fisher, Another level Support, who has 14 years experience of SEND advocating and a plethora of success and experience within all areas of the services we offer. Alison has successfully ran Another Level Support for over 3 years with outstanding results, however these cannot be guaranteed.
On completing the Consent to Act, you understand that
Another Level Support are not legal experts and provide non legal advocacy and SEND services
That Alison Fisher, is not legally qualified and therefore cannot provide legal advice, support or act as a legal professional
Another Level Support offers a number of services that Alison Fisher is competent, experienced and successful in undertaking.
That Another Level Support cannot guarantee successful outcomes.
That Another Level Support has no responsibility if statutory functions are undertaken by services involved in your family, though we do offer services that can support you.
That Another Level Support have a duty to comply with all safeguarding obligations and will where required make safeguarding referrals if the situation occurs.
Another Level Support completes their work based on evidence, therefore provision of all information requested will be required before work is undertaken, failure to provide this information may result in work not being completed, despite a consent to act being provided.
All work is completed in advance of payment, however once a consent to act is provided, you agree to make payment for services executed by Another Level Support.
That written documents completed on your behalf will be requested to be approved before submission
